There is no GTA 6 PC release date. There is no PC release window. There is no Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive statement confirming that a PC version exists at all.
That is the complete official position. Every “GTA 6 PC release date” you have seen is somebody’s estimate presented as news. This page contains an estimate too, but it is labelled as one, and it is built on what Rockstar has actually done before rather than on what someone heard.
WHAT IS OFFICIAL
GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S. That is the entire platform list Rockstar has given.
No PC version has been announced. It has not been cancelled either. Nothing has been said in either direction.
Because it was never announced, it cannot have been delayed. “GTA 6 PC delayed” is not something that has happened.
WHAT TAKE-TWO HAS SAID, WHICH IS NOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT
Take-Two’s chief executive Strauss Zelnick has talked about PC publicly. Two things he has said, both reported from interviews rather than issued as company announcements:
Rockstar starts on console because, in his words, you are judged by serving the core.
PC is now around 45 to 50 per cent of sales on a major title, against roughly 5 per cent when he joined Take-Two in 2007.
Read those carefully. They explain the strategy. They confirm nothing about GTA 6 specifically, and neither of them is a date.
WHAT ROCKSTAR HAS DONE EVERY TIME BEFORE
This is the only real evidence anyone has. It is a pattern, not a promise.
Grand Theft Auto IV: console April 2008, PC December 2008. About seven months.
Grand Theft Auto V: console September 2013, PC April 2015. About nineteen months.
Red Dead Redemption 2: console October 2018, PC November 2019. About twelve months.
Three data points, ranging from seven to nineteen months. Applied to 19 November 2026, that range would put a PC version somewhere between mid-2027 and mid-2028.
That sentence is an estimate built on three previous games. VERAX rates it SPECULATION. It is not a date, and nobody should buy a graphics card on the strength of it.
WHAT A REAL PC ANNOUNCEMENT WILL LOOK LIKE
A post on rockstargames.com/newswire, mirrored on Rockstar’s official accounts, on the same day.
A store page going live with a date attached, on Rockstar’s own store and normally on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
System requirements published by Rockstar, not assembled by anyone else from the console specifications.
Until those exist, there is no PC version.
WHAT DOES NOT COUNT
A database entry found by a datamining account.
A retailer placeholder date.
A sources-say post from an insider account.
System requirements somebody worked out from the PS5 hardware.
A video titled GTA 6 PC RELEASE DATE CONFIRMED.
SO WHEN
Unknown. Genuinely unknown, including to everyone currently publishing a date. What can be said honestly is this: Rockstar has never released a Grand Theft Auto on PC on the same day as consoles, has not said it will this time, and has given no window. Anything more specific is a guess wearing a headline.
